An integration marketplace is a vendor's catalog of pre-built connections to other hotel systems. It shows which channel managers, payment providers, guest apps and revenue tools already work with the platform out of the box.
Marketplaces matter because pre-built certified integrations deploy in days, while custom ones take months. When shortlisting a PMS or booking engine, the marketplace is a quick reality check on whether the rest of your intended stack will connect.
Listings vary in depth. Some are true two-way integrations, others are logos with a thin one-way feed behind them. Asking a vendor exactly what data each listed integration moves, and how often, separates marketing from engineering.
