Quick answer: Sesion sessions are free for hotels, our advice is independent, and we never charge you for introductions, demos or quotes. Vendors that join the network do so under a separate agreement.

1. What Sesion is

Sesion ("we") is a service that connects hotels with independent travel tech specialists for free 1:1 video sessions, demos and quotes. Sesion does not sell software.

2. Free for hotels

All sessions booked through sesion.org are free of charge for hotels. There is no obligation to buy anything, ever.

3. Independent advice, not a guarantee

We give our honest, independent view of the market. Final decisions and contracts are always between you and the vendor you choose. We are not a party to those contracts and do not guarantee any vendor's performance, pricing or availability.

4. Vendors and partners

Companies that list on Sesion do so under a separate partner agreement. Being listed is not an endorsement; our shortlists are built for each hotel's case, never pay-to-play.

5. Acceptable use

Do not misuse the site: no scraping of personal data, no false bookings, no attempts to access the admin area. We may decline or cancel requests that look abusive.

6. Intellectual property

The Sesion name, logo and site content belong to us or our licensors. You may quote small excerpts with attribution and a link.

7. Liability

The site and sessions are provided "as is". To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect damages or for decisions taken from free advice. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

We may update these terms; the date above always reflects the current version. Material changes will be noted on this page.
