Quick answer: we store only what your session needs (name, work email, hotel, role, topics, preferred time and the tools you tell us about), we use it to organise your sessions, and we never sell it.
1. What we collect
- Booking data: name, work email, hotel or company, role, the topics you pick, your preferred date and time, and optionally the tools you already use or do not want to see.
- Vendor applications: company name, contact details and category.
- No ad tracking: the public site sets no advertising or analytics cookies.
2. What we use it for
To organise your sessions: match the right specialist, send your confirmation email and calendar invite, prepare your shortlist, and reply to your questions. That is it.
3. Where it lives
Data is stored on Cloudflare (D1 database, EU region) and emails are sent through Brevo from our authenticated domain mail.sesion.org. Both act as processors for us.
4. Who sees it
The Sesion team and the specialist assigned to your session. We share your request with a vendor only when you ask for a demo or quote from that vendor. We never sell personal data.
5. How long
We keep booking data while we work together and delete it on request.

Access, correction, deletion, objection: email hello@sesion.org and we will act within 30 days.
