Common questions

How do I choose a channel manager?

Check three things before any demo: a real two-way connection with your PMS, the quality of its OTA connections in your market, and what happens when a channel fails. Channel count alone is marketing.

Why do I get overbookings even with a channel manager?

Usually one of three causes: a one-way connection somewhere, slow inventory sync at peak times, or a channel connected outside the manager. The session helps you find which one is yours.

Is the channel manager inside my PMS good enough?

Sometimes. Built-in channel managers are improving, but coverage and sync speed vary. If OTAs are a big share of your revenue, it deserves its own comparison.

How does the free 1:1 session work?

You pick your topics, we match you with the right specialist and set up a short video call, up to 45 minutes. No cost and no obligation, ever.

Is this a sales pitch?

No. Sesion sells no software and takes no commissions from vendors. The specialist gives you straight advice, and if you want demos or quotes we line them up and stay on your side.

Who will I talk to?
