About Joan
Joan has spent 15 years on the product side of hotel and travel technology, from revenue management and restaurant marketplaces to booking engines and voice AI. He founded and ran his own product studio, and has designed and shipped AI voice and chat agents and guest-facing products used by hotels and restaurants in Europe and Latin America.
He has been on the vendor side of hundreds of demos, so he knows the questions vendors hope you will not ask, and which promises survive contact with a real front desk.
